Regulated Gas Goes Up 6.4 Percent on Thursday, Adding 1.62 Euros to a Typical Family's Monthly Bill

About 431,000 households on Portugal's regulated gas tariff pay more from 1 October: 0.91 euros a month for a couple, 1.62 euros for a family of four. Network charges also rise for the 1.14 million on the free market.
