Portugal's Teacher Relocation Payments Expire in July 2027, and the FNE Wants Them Replaced by a Scale Reaching 900 Euros a Month

The Federação Nacional da Educação has asked the government for a permanent relocation statute plus a separate housing allowance, scrapping the 70-kilometre threshold and topping out at 900 euros a month in critical-shortage areas.
