Portugal Declares Its Recovery Plan Complete, While Unfinished Works Run On to December 2027 With Up to 200 Million Euros of Budget Money
All 379 milestones were met, the government says, but some contracted works are not finished. They now have until the end of 2027, with the State Budget filling any gap, while a last 4.6 billion euro payment is due in December.
