Casa Mendes Gonçalves Acquires Diese, the 1955 Brand Behind Portugal's First Health-Service-Approved Diet Foods
Casa Mendes Gonçalves, the Golegã group behind Paladin sauces, has bought Diese — the 1955 brand that was the first in Portugal to sell diet foods recognised by the health service. The deal adds apple-cider vinegar, nut butters and health seasonings to its house of brands.
