The Ministry decided the 2017 to 2018 evaluation points should not have counted towards later progressions. Strip them out and some PREVPAP psychologists drop a pay step and owe the difference back. The Ordem wants the letters stopped before term starts.
Portaria n.º 394/2026/1 puts a ceiling on the community work the new single social payment can require: 15 hours a week, plus five more for 18 to 25 year olds out of work and study, and five more for everyone from the third renewal. Doing 20 hours earns a €13.43 voucher.
