Inflation Shaves the Real Gain From Portugal's 920 Euro Minimum Wage to About 2.6 Percent, a Third Less Than in 2025, as 970 Euros Is Pencilled In for 2027
The minimum wage rose 5.7 percent to 920 euros in January. With inflation forecast at 3.1 percent, the real rise is about 2.6 percent, down from 3.8 percent in 2025. The 970 euros planned for 2027 would add about 3 percent in real terms.
