Portuguese Invention Filings Jump 43 Percent in Eight Months, While Design Applications Fall by More Than a Third
The industrial property institute received 973 invention applications from January to August and 16,826 trademark filings, up almost 10 percent. Grants of invention rights fell, and more firms are filing at EU level.
